Just 3 miles north of Downtown and 10 minutes from the airport, this stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath home blends comfort with convenience—and it's made for memory-making. Both bedrooms feature ultra-comfy king beds, ceiling fans, and plenty of space to unpack and unwind. Stream, scroll, or chill with a 75" Smart TV in the living area and a second 65" Smart TV in the kitchen. Whether you're cooking up something fun or just heating up leftovers from last night’s tacos, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Fast Wi-Fi (400 Mbps) and a new washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze. But the real vibe? It’s out back. Kick back under the shaded patio, light up the firepit or soak in the hot tub (open Oct 1–June 1) after a long day exploring the city. Fire up the grill and turn the backyard into your own private hangout spot. Whether you're here for a concert downtown, hiking with friends, hitting up Roosevelt Row, or just escaping for a weekend, this is the spot. Other Details to Note
Parking: Please DO NOT park in the carport located on the east side of the home. Both spots are reserved for neighbors. You will have to park on the adjacent street to the home. Please disregard the "permit parking only" signs, they do not apply to guests and are not enforced by the city. There is no street parking on the street directly in front of the house. Check-In: Standard check-in time is after 4 PM. We cannot guarantee early check-ins, especially on days when other guests are checking out, as we want to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared just for you. Reservation Agreement: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the house rules and cancellation policy listed at the time of booking. Climate Control: The home features a central HVAC system for heating and cooling. For optimal performance, we recommend setting the thermostat to 68°F or higher. Lower temperatures may cause the unit to freeze due to the dry climate, which could result in a 24-hour delay while the system defrosts before service can be arranged. Hot Tub: Please be aware that our pool guy comes to the house twice a week to service the hot tub and make sure it is in tip top shape for guests. He lets himself in to the backyard but does not have access to the home. Our landscaper also typically stops by once a month or so. Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom main home aside from a hallway closet that is locked to stock supplies. The backyard space has a fence that separates the casita from the main backyard to ensure more privacy and the carport is reserved for them. You may still hear/see the guests staying in the casita but they will not have access to your portion of the backyard. Please note that parking for you will be on the adjacent street.
