Parking: One covered parking space is provided with room for two cars. Important: Your reserved space is on the right side of the carport, directly next to the entrance. Please DO NOT park on the LEFT side, as that spot is reserved for our neighbors. Thank you for being considerate! Check-In: Standard check-in time is after 4 PM. We cannot guarantee early check-ins, especially on days when other guests are checking out, as we want to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared just for you. Reservation Agreement: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the house rules and cancellation policy listed at the time of booking. Climate Control: The casita features a mini-split system for heating and cooling. For optimal performance, we recommend setting the thermostat to 68°F or higher. Lower temperatures may cause the unit to freeze due to the dry climate, which could result in a 24-hour delay while the system defrosts before service can be arranged. You’ll enjoy full access to your own private, stand-alone casita, as shown in the photos, with the added convenience of a reserved parking spot just steps from the entrance. The casita offers both privacy and easy access, with a gate leading you into the shared backyard from the carport. While the backyard is shared with the main house, a fence ensures your space is separated, giving you peace and privacy during your stay. There are no shared walls between the casita and the main house, ensuring a quiet and secluded experience. Please note, the laundry room (only available for the main house) is located at the rear corner of the casita, but guests in the main house will have no access to the casita itself, either through the laundry room or any other area. We offer a seamless self check-in experience using a smart lock, so you can skip the hassle of coordinating key handoffs. Your unique door codes will be automatically generated just for your reservation, ensuring a smooth and secure entry at your convenience.
