Experience desert living at its finest in our backyard oasis. Host an unforgettable get-together with friends and family by the sparkling pool (heatable at an additional cost, needs to be started 4 days before the reservation). Enjoy a game of mini-golf on the putting green, or lounge on the comfortable outdoor furniture while grilling up a meal with the propane BBQ. The backyard is complete with ambient lighting and misting system for the perfect desert experience. Inside, the open-concept living room boasts a seating area and kitchen with granite countertops, a countertop bar, and a dining area that seats all guests. A desk is available for any work needs during your stay. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate tub, dual sinks, and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom also has a direct access to the backyard patio. Both secondary rooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, but no TVs. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and are located on the opposite side of the house for privacy. Please note that the garage and a small linen closet between the main living area and the primary bedroom will be locked and not accessible during your stay.
Other Details to Note
**Please see the additional house rules section for info on heating the pool.** Our pool cleaner normally comes on a weekday (which day changes according to his schedule) and typically just lets himself in through the side yard gate. This is typical of pool cleaners here and we like to mention it so guests are not alarmed. He is typically in and out within 15-20 minutes. We also have a quarterly pest control service that sprays the exterior of the home. The exact date changes based on their availability and will do our best to give you notice before their arrival if they happen to be stopping by during your stay, we typically only get a one hour notice from them ourselves. We do have someone that takes sets out and brings back in the trash cans so our guests do not have to deal with them. The normal trash can is taken out on Monday for a Tuesday pickup and the recycling is taken out on Thursday for a Friday pickup. We try our best to get these done during turnovers but if it happens during your stay our cleaner just sets them inside the side yard gate and leaves.

The Red Mountain Ranch golf community is a unique and peaceful community nestled in north east Mesa. The community has access to numerous hiking and biking trails. At the center of the neighborhood is the Red Mountain Ranch country club that has a few dining options open to the public. We are only a mile from the 202 freeway access, only 20 minutes to either the Mesa Gateway or Phoenix Sky Harbor airports, 15 minutes to Cubs Stadium or Saguaro Lake and just minutes to the Salt River Recreation area. Whether you stay in or go adventuring you can unwind in your private backyard oasis complete with grilling, games and pool. Guests also have access to the park across the street with a play structure, courts and a large grassy area that's a beautiful spot to picnic or watch Arizona sunsets.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the locked garage and linen closet, which are used for storage. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Our cul-de-sac location provides ample space for vehicles. Guests also have access to the park across the street with a play structure, courts and a large grassy area.
